- You can find the order ID/number on the shopping site which you purchased SIM card. For example, 123-1234567-1234567, GWS-241213-0001234 or 14100012345678 are order numbers.
- Once your SIM card is activated, you will receive confirmation via email. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please check the spam folder.
- Please check that the information submitted is correct to avoid activation delays.
