RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

GreatWallSIM (“GreatWallSIM” or “we”) believes that maintaining the highest level of service is important for maintaining long-term relationships with our customers. We strive to offer our customers prices that are significantly below rates offered by major providers in China. To ensure that all customers are able to enjoy optimal service, we have established our clear Return and Refund Policy below.

GreatWallSIM Return Policy

SIM card can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment as long as you have not submitted an activation request. SIM card returned due to your own reasons is not eligible for a pre-paid return, you will need to return it at your own expense. Once the SIM card is received at our warehouse, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed.

GreatWallSIM Refund Policy

No refund will be given if the top-up fails due to the wrong ICCID provided, please double check your card’s ICCID before purchasing data.

There is no refund for VPN issues – Dedicated VPN is provided for free and we will try our best to ensure proper functioning of VPN. We strongly recommend downloading other free VPNs for standby before arriving in China.

We have specified restricted areas in the description. Using SIM card in restricted areas would cause SIM card to be blocked. No refund will be given for violations of this policy.
