Dropshipping Policy

Dropshipping Overview

  • We only allow one dropship partner to sell our SIM cards on one e-commerce platform/website, if the platform/website you apply for already has a partner, we may reject your application on that platform.
  • After your application is approved, please add the SIM card on the platform/website you applied for within 7 days.
  • All items are sold at wholesale prices.
  • No minimum orders.
  • We will send the SIM card to your customer from the local warehouse.
  • For returns and exchanges, the dropshipper will be responsible for communicating with its customers directly. 

Confidentiality Policy

Each party agrees to protect the confidentiality of information in the same manner as it protects the confidentiality of its own proprietary and confidential information.

You may not transfer or sell your ownership to another party without the prior agreement with us. We reserve the right, at any time, to review your listings, and require that you change the listings or use to comply with the guidelines provided to you. Any violations of the terms surrounding participation shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, and may result in the revocation of your membership.

Listing & Inventory Policy

  • We will notify you of important product updates by email.
  • We will replenish inventory based on your sales.
  • In the case of oversold SIM cards, a refund will be issued.

Fees & Payment Policies

  • We offer exclusive discounts on SIM cards, but no discounts on shipping.
  • Shipping is $5 for one order regardless of the quantity purchased.
  • Dropship partners are responsible for charging and paying sales taxes.
  • Due to various factors, the price of SIM cards may change, we will notify the dropshippers 7 days before the price change.

Product & Image Policy

  • Retailer is free to determine the price that it charges for such Products to its End Customers.
  • When listing Products, retailer may display any information or images listed about that product on our listing.
  • We encourage retailers to use in-house photos if possible to be different as others on the online marketplaces but we ask that they must accurately reflect the quality and condition of our listing. If issues occur due to pictures, we will not be reasonable for replacements and refunds. 
  • We do not authorize you to use the GreatWallSIM trademark on the platform, but you can still use GreatWallSIM in the description if you want.

Return/Issue Policy

  • All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours.
  • Courier delays and lost in transit issues are not covered within our guarantee policy. 

Refund or Replacement

Please note if you ever receive a damaged shipment from us, we are only able to issue a refund for the SIM cards themselves and not for the price of shipping. 

  • To qualify please send an email of the order to or***@gr**********.com with a picture of the damaged item and shipping information.
  • Only one replacement order will be issued. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days to process.
  • If you have any issues, please bare with us as we are small business, it may take 1-2 days during the week to get back to you and fix any problems. We appreciate all of our dropshippers.
